Sponsored by the Children’s Bureau’s Office on Child Abuse and Neglect, the 20th NCCAN brought together over 1,400 professionals, researchers, policy makers, parents, and volunteers from a wide variety of disciplines who share a commitment to ensuring the well-being of children and families. This year’s conference featured more than 100 breakout sessions, skills seminars, policy forums, and workshops, focusing on the conference theme “Building Community, Building Hope.” It provided a multidisciplinary forum focused on the intersections of research, policy, and practice related to promoting child and family well-being and protecting children, to ensure that they grow up to achieve their full potential, free from abuse and neglect. Videos of the plenary and master sessions can now be viewed below.
